Mine doesn’t look as pretty as the inspiration dish by Jamie Oliver. Maybe I need more practice, but it tasted delicious. A great dish from scratch or a wonderful way to use some leftover beans. Pretty sure it would be tasty with other kinds of beans too.

Substitutions made:
- Salsa for the fresh chiles.
- Added a side of fresh arugula.
