- [Ahi Tuna Bowl](https://amberdidathing.com/?p=413): My attempt to imitate one of my favorite dishes from Yaga’s on the Strand in Galveston, the Ahi Tuna bowl. If you don’t want to try making it, feel free to go visit them. You won’t be disappointed. Jasmine rice topped with seared Ahi tuna, roasted veggie mix, ginger, lemon juice and Siracha mayo. Roast veggies tossed in olive oil, salt &amp; pepper on baking sheet at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Any type of veggies will work. Yaga’s uses brussel sprouts. - [Lavaca Sweater](https://amberdidathing.com/?p=298): Finally finished my Lavaca sweater. Not a fast knit as it is in a fingering weight silk yarn, but I LOVE it! This one is going to be a favorite that gets LOTS of wear. Perfect for a hot climate like we have where I live. Found this pattern while searching Ravelry for patterns using Purl SoHo’s Cattail Silk as I had 2 skeins in stash that I had picked up on sale. - [Ranunculus Pattern by Midori Hirose](https://amberdidathing.com/?p=284): I didn’t really want to jump on the trend of this pattern, but I did…and there is a reason it is sooooooo popular. Faster sweater ever. It simply flew off my needles, and was so much fun. Then I just had to do a repeat. Have another planned for this winter too. First version shown is knitted in Cotton Pure by Purl Soho. Second is in a lovely superwash merino hand-dyed sock weight yarn by Oak &amp; Fiber. - [Black Beans & Eggs](https://amberdidathing.com/?p=205): Mine doesn&#8217;t look as pretty as the inspiration dish by Jamie Oliver. Maybe I need more practice, but it tasted delicious. A great dish from scratch or a wonderful way to use some leftover beans. Pretty sure it would be tasty with other kinds of beans too.
